 Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt, and contact us immediately at info@wildeamerican.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Warranty Exchange

Currently, all sales are final. However, we stand by our products’ durability and proudly offer a lifetime warranty for everything we make and will exchange any defective item for the same or similar item, if the same item is no longer available. If the item is no longer available and there is no similar item, we will issue you a store credit for the original cost. 

Normal wear and tear and aging is expected. Warranties do not cover being cut by a tool like a knife or scissors or dogs chewing on it. 

To start a warranty exchange, you can contact us at info@wildeamerican.com for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first emailing us will not be accepted.

Please note that warranty exchanges will need to be sent to the following address, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase: POBox 219, Glyndon, MD 21071. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back to us, and we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement.
